Electric bikes are permitted but will be counted in a separate classification. 
If a member of a relay registered as a "muscular" uses an electric-assist bike, the relay will be disqualified and entered in the classification for electric-assist bikes.

Your FFC / UCI / FSGT / UFOLEP / FFTRI 2025 competition licence

OR for non-members :

> your medical certificate stating that you are not contraindicated in cycling in competition, less than one year old on the day of the event.
> the certificate "Attestation Santé" available HERE on the FFC website by creating your space. Go to "Profil" menu. (Please note that the certificate is valid for 4 months, so plan to validate it from February 8 2025)

Please note that no documents will be accepted on race day. The document must be downloaded online before the race.
Without it, you will not be able to start the race.
