Competitors with a FFC / UCI / UFOLEP / FFTRI / FSGT licence must enclose a photocopy of their 2025 licence and fill in the licence number below when registering.

Non licence holders

All other competitors (licence holders from federations not listed above, foreigners and non-licence holders) must provide one of the following :

- the original or a photocopy of a medical certificate stating that they are "not contraindicated in the practice of competitive cycling" and that is less than 1 year old on the day of the event.

- the certificate of positive evaluation of the health module available HERE on the FFC website by creating your space (Please note that the certificate is valid for 4 months, so plan to validate it from February 22nd 2025).

Without this, you will not be able to take part in the event.
