Pour les participants à la Coupe de France Handisport 10KM, merci d'indiquer prioritairement que vous êtes licenciés FFH. Pour ceux ayant également la licence FFS, vous pourrez l'indiquer dans un 2nd temps pour ne pas avoir à payer le ticket course de 17€..
Reminder of the conditions for acceptance of your medical certificate for a definitive registration:
FIS & FFH licence holders and licence holders from Swiss, Spanish and Andorran federations: Copy of your licence valid for the day of the event (2025 season).
Non-licensed & Others International Federation licence holders : Answer to the 9 questions of the health questionnaire. Minors : Look the minor questionnaire HERE and send to the organisation the attestation on honour HERE on your personal space bellow. If the answer is yes, please send a medical certificate less than 6 months old for "competitive sport" or "competitive cross-country skiing".

For greater fluidity on the races, starting lines (L0, L1, L2, L3) are set up. Their attribution is conditioned according to the criteria below (Result 2024, FFS Points, FIS Points):
If you don't know which line to choose and/or if you want to set off at your own pace at a comfortable pace, choose a line 3 start.
The arrival meal is not included in the registration fee.
